| Micro Territories are set up
to provide sales representation to concentrated areas where no territory
is being held. Often a micro territory is developed by an individual that
lives in a high tourist area and uses the commissions as extra income. The
commission structure is less than that of a professional salesperson but
is often offset by the reduction of expenses of attaining the sales. People
that seem to excel in micro territories are retired persons that have prior
sales experience and single parents. Micro territories can become exclusive
if the sales volume warrants protection. If this is the case often we will
negotiate with the new regional territory holder to maintain the micro territory
